How much commission can a REALTOR expect to receive from Monarch Homes?
Monarch Homes will pay up to 3% of the purchase price of the home.
Monarch Homes calculates commissions based on the sales price of the home excluding any closing costs or buyer incentives that may be rolled in.

Monarch Homes requires a signed buyer’s representation agreement at the time of contract.

Monarch Homes requires the buyer’s agent to be present with the buyer at the initial visit.
